Howlite is a porous, naturally white crystal that is often dyed and sold as imitation Turquoise. It was discovered in Canada during the 19^th Century by geologist Henry How. Howlite is regarded as a very calming crystal, excellent for meditation and sleep. Its serene qualities relieve stress and bring mental awareness. With a monochromatic palette of white and grey, Howlite is perfect as decor in any interior design aesthetic.
