Sendle is the main shipping service we use for delivering within Australia and internationally.

Sendle need a physical street address to send our parcels to, they do not deliver to PO Boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations. Where possible please provide a physical street address.

If you require your parcel to be delivered to a PO Box, locked bag, parcel locker or parcel collect location then we will use an alternative delivery partner. There may be longer turn around and delivery times.

All Sendle deliveries are 100% Carbon Neutral.

COVID 19 UPDATE from Sendle

For delivery in AU 🇦🇺

  • ‘Signature on Delivery’ has been changed to ‘Authority to Leave’ to eliminate person-to-person contact. 
  • As an essential service, we are picking up and delivering parcels across all states and territories despite the latest COVID lockdowns in New South Wales, Victoria and the ACT.
  • You may experience pick up and delivery delays due to increased government border checks for delivery drivers, record online shopping, and high demand for parcel delivery. We thank you for your patience and ask that you be kind to your driver.

For International Delivery

  • Due to the cancellation of many international flights and country-specific restrictions, overseas transit times may be delayed. See our full list of temporarily suspended destinations.
  • Our international parcel ETA’s continue to be impacted:
    • Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-16 working days)
    • Zone 2, 3 & 4 - Asia and the Pacific, North America and Western Europe (10-28 working days)
    • Zone 5 - Rest of the world (14-30 working days)


All orders are processed within 1-2 days of order placement. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. In the case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.

Once your parcel has been dispatched by us, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel clicking on the link provided in the email. All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure that your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm. We offer standard delivery for all orders within Australia and internationally.

For deliveries within Australia please allow 4-12 business days for standard delivery. For regional and remote deliveries, please allow an extra 2-4 business days depending on your location. 

Deliveries outside of Australia can be expected to arrive within 14-30 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your location.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please don't hesitate to email us at at



For orders under $100 AUD:

  • Flat rate $10 shipping to Australian metropolitan areas
  • Shipping rates to Australian regional/remote areas and International/Overseas are based on the size of the order and the shipping destination. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated at checkout. 



Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollars. For orders being shipped within Australia, prices are inclusive of GST. For orders to countries outside of Australia, deliveries to most countries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and duties and taxes will be payable upon arrival in your country. For these countries, we apologise that we are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office. MYSTIKO HOUSE is legally required to declare the entire dollar value paid on all international shipments and must provide an invoice for customs should they require. *ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY OR MAYNOT HAVE CUSTOMS DUTIES APPLICABLE.* By agreeing to purchase items at you are also agreeing to resolve all duties and taxes applicable with your local customs agency, so please be aware and check your email notifications. 


Our inventory is automatically managed through our online system. In the rare occurrence that a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund or exchange. We apologise in advance for any items you may have missed out on.
